OSHA drops in.
Inspector asks who trained this worker on fall protection. You pull out your phone and dig through a glovebox folder. Then a text to your foreman. Then a call to your admin. The inspector waits.
Hurricane-season crews. Storm chasers. Day labor. You can’t tell who’s yours from the ground. One scan of a sticker gives the GC, the inspector, or a paramedic your worker’s name, role, training certs, and PIN-gated emergency info. Weatherproof vinyl, 3M adhesive, shipped in 2 days.
Sticker is placed on the shell side so the factory Z89.1 cert label stays unobstructed. Full compliance memo available at beta.

Paramedics need his emergency contact in the next 60 seconds. Medical allergies in the next 90. Nobody on site has that info, because nobody carries paper.
Four guys on the back slope. Are they your roster, a sub’s roster, or yesterday’s day labor? The GC is about to turn people off the site. You have about ninety seconds to answer.
DO THE MATH — one non-serious injury on a commercial roof averages $39,000–$47,000 in OSHA fines and workers’ comp cost. A $19/month subscription looks different at that number.
Built for a 10-person crew you can run from a truck, not a 200-person GC with a safety department. The whole loop takes three steps.
Paste from a spreadsheet or type names in. Name, role, phone, email. 30 seconds per worker. Import your whole crew in one sitting.
Weatherproof vinyl, UV-laminated, 3M 300LSE adhesive. Matte finish, 2×2. 25 stickers in your first pack. USPS Priority to your office.
Any phone, any camera, no app. One scan surfaces name, role, company, and certs. A 4-digit PIN printed on the sticker unlocks emergency contact and medical notes.
A supervisor points a phone camera at the sticker. The phone opens this page. No app, no login, works on any device bought in the last ten years.
PRIVACY NOTE — medical info is encrypted at rest. Three wrong PIN attempts lock the worker’s profile for 15 minutes. The PIN itself is never stored in plaintext or sent by email — only printed on the sticker on the helmet.

Nothing here is a lawyer-sanitized answer. Email back if we’ve missed yours.
The vinyl is UV-laminated and rated for outdoor use. The adhesive is 3M 300LSE, the same glue class used for low-surface-energy plastics like hard hat HDPE shells. We place the sticker outside the factory ANSI Z89.1 certification label area so you stay compliant. Field tested on pitched roofs in Tampa and Houston summer.
Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation in case you come back. Stickers you’ve already shipped keep working — the QR codes redirect to an “inactive worker” card with your company’s contact info. No surprise charges after cancel, full stop.
Encrypted at rest. Only accessible if someone scans the physical sticker AND types in the 4-digit PIN printed on that specific sticker. The PIN never appears in the dashboard, never gets emailed, and three wrong attempts lock the profile for 15 minutes. If a hat is lost or stolen, deactivate the worker and the page goes dark.
Orders submitted before 2pm ET ship the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit to Gulf Coast addresses is 2–3 business days. Saturdays count. We’ll give you a tracking number within 24 hours of ordering.
Yes. In a roofing setup, you usually want your whole roster on one account — W-2 and sub alike — so you have one dashboard when OSHA walks up. Premium tier has no per-worker cap.
Not yet. We want to have enough live contractor data to price an annual discount fairly, not yank a number out of the air. If you’d commit to a year, email us and we’ll figure something out manually for the beta cohort.
We’re taking 40 Gulf Coast roofing contractors into a 90-day beta. Free premium for the full beta, co-branded stickers optional, real humans helping you onboard. Reply to the email after you sign up and we’ll book a 15-minute call.
